About Shibuya WWW/WWWX
Shibuya WWW and WWWX opened in 2010 on Shibuya Spain-zaka, housed in a former movie theater with high ceilings that create a theatrical atmosphere. Known locally as ‘Toridabu,’ these twin venues primarily host J-rock bands and idol performances, attracting around 120,000 visitors annually.
Shibuya WWW/WWWX / Capacity & Seating
The venue consists of two theaters: the main WWW hall and the smaller WWWX, both featuring theater-style layouts with excellent acoustics thanks to their cinema heritage.
Shibuya WWW/WWWX / Nearest Station
Shibuya Station (JR Yamanote Line, JR Saikyo Line, JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line, Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line, Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line, Keio Inokashira Line, Tokyu Toyoko Line, Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line) – 6 minutes walk via Hachiko exit.
Shibuya WWW/WWWX / Coin Lockers
Coin lockers are available at Shibuya Station and around the venue area. Inside Shibuya Station, you’ll find numerous locker areas near all major exits including Hachiko, Central, and East exits. Small lockers (¥300-400) can fit small bags, medium lockers (¥500-600) accommodate backpacks, and large lockers (¥700-800) can store luggage and shopping bags. For convenience, use lockers near Hachiko exit since that’s your departure point. IC cards are accepted at most modern locker facilities.
From Shibuya Station (JR, Tokyo Metro, Keio Inokashira Line, Tokyu Lines)
Shibuya Station has many connecting lines and a complex layout, so for WWW/WWWX access, use the famous Hachiko exit as your meeting point. If using JR lines, exit through Hachiko Gate.
Once you reach Hachiko Plaza, cross the iconic Shibuya Scramble intersection. Head toward the building with TSUTAYA and Starbucks, then continue along the right side of that building.
When you see Seibu department store and Sumitomo Mitsui Bank, turn left at that corner.
Look for Bershka and Matsumoto Kiyoshi on your right. Turn right between these two stores and walk up the slope. You’re almost at Shibuya WWW/WWWX!

Shibuya WWW/WWWX / Basic Information
Bring an IC card (Suica/Pasmo) for easy locker payments at Shibuya Station. Arrive 30 minutes early as Shibuya can be crowded, especially on weekends. The nearest convenience stores are FamilyMart and 7-Eleven along the route for last-minute purchases. The venue is located on Spain-zaka, a popular nightlife area with many restaurants and cafes nearby.
