Yokohama Arena is one of Japan’s largest multi-purpose arenas, celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2019. Located in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, it boasts a maximum capacity of approximately 17,000 people and hosts major concerts by renowned artists and large corporate events.

Shin-Yokohama Station (JR Tokaido Line, JR Yokohama Line, Tokaido Shinkansen, Yokohama Municipal Subway Blue Line) – 5 minute walk

Yokohama Arena / Coin Lockers

Coin lockers are available at Shin-Yokohama Station and around Yokohama Arena for storing your belongings during events. Multiple sizes are typically available, with small lockers starting around 300 yen and larger lockers up to 600 yen per day. It’s recommended to arrive early on event days as lockers fill up quickly, especially for popular concerts.

From Shin-Yokohama Station (JR Lines & Tokaido Shinkansen)

For JR Yokohama Line: Exit through the North Exit (Kita-guchi). Be careful not to confuse this with Shinohara Exit.

For Tokaido Shinkansen: Exit through the East Exit (Higashi-guchi).

After exiting either gate, turn right and head toward the Yokohama Arena exit. After going down the stairs, proceed diagonally left as indicated by the arrows.

Walk about 50 meters until you see a McDonald’s, then turn at that corner and continue straight in the direction of the arrow.

When you reach the pedestrian bridge, follow the arrow direction. From this point, you can see Yokohama Arena in the distance, so you won’t get lost.

To reach the main entrance, go down the stairs with Yokohama Arena on your right side.

From Shin-Yokohama Station (Yokohama Municipal Subway Blue Line)

From Yokohama Municipal Subway Blue Line Shin-Yokohama Station, exit the ticket gates and head to Exit 7.

After exiting Exit 7, walk straight ahead and turn right at the first intersection. Then continue straight until you arrive. There are clear directional signs pointing toward Yokohama Arena.
