About Tokyo International Forum

Tokyo International Forum is a prestigious conference and cultural center located in Marunouchi, Chiyoda City, Tokyo. Opened in 1997 on the former Tokyo Metropolitan Government site, the venue is famous for its distinctive glass atrium architecture. The complex consists of 8 halls of various sizes and 31 conference rooms, with Halls A and C being the primary venues for concerts and live performances due to their excellent acoustics.

Tokyo International Forum / Nearest Station
Tokyo International Forum is accessible from 6 nearby stations: Tokyo Station (JR lines, Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line) – 5 minutes walk, JR Yurakucho Station (JR Yamanote Line, JR Keihin-Tohoku Line) – 1 minute walk, Yurakucho Station (Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line) – direct underground connection, Hibiya Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, Chiyoda Line, Toei Mita Line) – 3 minutes walk, Nijubashimae Station (Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line) – 5 minutes walk, and Ginza Station (Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Marunouchi Line, Hibiya Line) – 5 minutes walk.
Tokyo International Forum / Coin Lockers
Tokyo International Forum and surrounding stations offer various coin locker options for concert attendees. Within the venue itself, lockers are available on multiple floors. Tokyo Station has extensive locker facilities throughout the station, including large-size lockers suitable for luggage, with prices ranging from 300-600 yen depending on size. JR Yurakucho Station and Tokyo Metro stations also provide coin lockers near the exits closest to the Forum. During major events, lockers may fill up quickly, so arriving early is recommended. IC cards can be used for payment at most modern locker facilities.
From Tokyo Station (JR Lines, Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line)
From Tokyo Station to Tokyo International Forum, while the JR Keiyo Line underground Marunouchi exit provides direct access, the Keiyo Line platforms are very far from other lines, so we recommend meeting at the Marunouchi South exit instead.

Exit from Marunouchi South exit. You’ll see KITTE building on your left – cross the pedestrian crossing. After crossing, walk straight toward the Imperial Palace direction with KITTE on your left side.

When you see the Apple Store across the intersection, don’t cross the street but turn left and continue straight. Tokyo International Forum is now very close – you’ll see the entrances for Halls A→B→C→D in order from the Tokyo Station side.

Alternative route: If coming from JR Keiyo Line, exit from Keiyo underground Marunouchi exit, turn left, and enter Tokyo International Forum via the B1F concourse.








From JR Yurakucho Station (JR Yamanote Line, JR Keihin-Tohoku Line)
From JR Yurakucho Station, exit through the International Forum exit and head to the right.

The large glass building of Tokyo International Forum is already visible right in front of you – cross the pedestrian crossing.

From Yurakucho Station (Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line) / Hibiya Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, Chiyoda Line, Toei Mita Line) / Nijubashimae Station (Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line)
Access from these three stations is straightforward as they’re all connected by underground passages, so the target exit is the same for all. The D5 exit near Yurakucho Station (Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line) connects directly to Tokyo International Forum’s B1F concourse, so follow the station signs to reach D5 exit from any of these stations.

Alternative: If you want to meet companions above ground, use D6 exit near Yurakucho Station – you’ll see Tokyo International Forum’s glass building right in front of you, then cross the pedestrian crossing.

From Ginza Station (Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Marunouchi Line, Hibiya Line)
From Ginza Station, exit the ticket gates and head to ground level via C4 exit.

Walk straight from C4 exit – you’ll see NISHIGINZA ahead with Hankyu department store visible on the right. Walk under the elevated railway tracks as shown.

After passing under the elevated tracks, you’ll reach Bic Camera. Tokyo International Forum is on the opposite side of this building, so walk along Bic Camera following the arrow direction.

You’re almost at Tokyo International Forum now. You can see the glass building across the pedestrian crossing – cross the street.

Tokyo International Forum is easily accessible from multiple major stations in central Tokyo. IC cards work for most coin lockers in the area.
