About Spotify O-EAST, O-WEST, O-CREST, O-NEST
Spotify O-EAST, O-WEST, O-CREST, and O-NEST are four live music venues operated by Shibuya O-Group in Tokyo’s entertainment district. The complex centers around O-EAST with a capacity of 1,300, offering diverse lighting and sound systems across all four venues. These venues host a wide variety of live performances and events across multiple music genres.
Spotify O-EAST, O-WEST, O-CREST, O-NEST / Capacity & Seating
O-EAST serves as the main venue with a capacity of 1,300 people, while the other three venues (O-WEST, O-CREST, O-NEST) offer different capacities and configurations. Each venue features distinct lighting and sound systems to accommodate various types of performances and events.
Spotify O-EAST, O-WEST, O-CREST, O-NEST / Nearest Station
The two nearest stations are: 1) Shibuya Station (JR Lines, Tokyo Metro, Tokyu Lines, Keio Inokashira Line) – 8-minute walk, and 2) Shinsen Station (Keio Inokashira Line) – 5-minute walk. Shibuya Station offers more train line options but requires navigating through busy areas, while Shinsen Station provides a shorter, quieter route.
Spotify O-EAST, O-WEST, O-CREST, O-NEST / Coin Lockers
Coin lockers are available at both nearest stations. Shibuya Station has extensive locker facilities throughout the station complex, including near major exits like Hachiko Exit and Central East/West exits. Shinsen Station, being smaller, has limited locker availability. Sizes typically range from small (300-400 yen) to large (600-800 yen) for 24-hour use. IC cards are accepted at most locations. During event days, lockers fill up quickly, so arrive early or consider using nearby convenience stores for smaller items.
From Shibuya Station (JR Lines, Tokyo Metro, Tokyu Lines, Keio Inokashira Line)
Shibuya Station has many connecting lines and a complex layout, so the recommended meeting point when heading to Spotify O venues is the classic Hachiko statue area. If using JR lines, exit through Hachiko Exit.
Once gathered at Hachiko, cross the famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing. Head toward the street on the left side of Shibuya 109 building (Dogenzaka street).
Walk along Dogenzaka for a while. When you see a Seven-Eleven on the corner, turn right. Note: There’s another Seven-Eleven along the way that’s not on a corner – continue past that one.
You’re almost at Spotify O venues now. Continue straight and you’ll start to see the O-WEST building appearing ahead.
You’ve arrived at Spotify O-EAST, O-WEST, O-CREST, O-NEST! The left building houses O-WEST and O-NEST, while the right building contains O-EAST and O-CREST. Enjoy your live show or concert!
From Shinsen Station (Keio Inokashira Line)
To reach Spotify O venues, exit Shinsen Station ticket gates and head toward the North Exit.
After exiting the North Exit, don’t cross the railroad tracks. Instead, turn left at the end of the street.
When you reach a major street, you’ll see a Lawson convenience store on your right. Turn right at the Lawson. (Normally you could take a shortcut via stairs on the right, but during our visit in March 2020, construction blocked this route.)
Right after turning at Lawson, you’ll see a fruit shop. Turn right again at the fruit shop. This is a slight detour due to the unavailable shortcut.
This is Dogenzaka alright – you’ll notice many hotels in the area. Turn left at the hotel intersection visible right after the fruit shop turn. Spotify O venues are very close now!

Spotify O-EAST, O-WEST, O-CREST, O-NEST / Basic Information
Bring an IC card (Suica/Pasmo) for convenient locker payments at both stations. Arrive early on event days as the Dogenzaka area gets very crowded and coin lockers fill up quickly. The nearest convenience stores are the Seven-Eleven and Lawson mentioned in the walking directions, perfect for last-minute snacks or drinks. The venues are located in separate buildings, so double-check which specific venue (O-EAST, O-WEST, O-CREST, or O-NEST) your event is at before entering.
